Return and Delivery
At the moment, Repetto delivers to France (including Corsica) Japan and to 13 other european countries : Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
We have chosen the most reliable delivery methods to ship your orders in France and in Europe in the best conditions.
At the moment, two delivery methods are available for France : the Standard delivery through Colissimo and the Express delivery through TNT. Express delivery will be available soon for the other countries. Delivery costs and times vary according to the country and the delivery method that you will choose. For a delivery in France, your order is delivered by Colissimo in 3 to 5 working days, by TNT in 24h. For any international delivery, your order is delivered by Colissimo in 3 to 8 working days. Delivery is guaranteed for any order placed before 10am excluding week-ends and public holidays. Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Friday.
You can track your order in your personal account area. Once your parcel will be shipped, you will receive your tracking number. You will be able to track your parcel on our partners website Colissimo or TNT using the tracking number you received via email.
*Delivery is guaranteed for any order placed before 10am excluding weekends and public holidays. Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Friday.

You can return any delivered items within 7 days of the delivery date, in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, shoe box, plastic pouches, etc.), labelled, new, unworn, unwashed and accompanied with a return slip (Download return form) carefully completed and along with a copy of the delivery note, to the following address: Endurance Logistique c/o DANSE Retours e-boutique 465 rue Fourny 78530 Buc, FRANCE.
Subject to acceptance of the returned items, Repetto will refund the cost of the returned items at the billed price (including delivery charges). If you are partially refunded for an order, outward delivery charges will be at your own expense.
